When will I receive my order?

Our products are made to order and typically require 2-7 business days for processing.

- Basic products (t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, blankets, posters): 2-3 business days

- Ornaments and other products: 3-7 business days (cut-and-sew items may take longer)

The shipping time varies based on the product type and destination country, as it depends on the time needed for your order to leave our warehouse and reach the local delivery carrier.

You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details via email, allowing you to monitor your order's journey. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. The estimated arrival time (ETA) may be available on the tracking link once your package has shipped.

Note: During peak seasons, production and delivery times may be delayed by up to 5 additional business days. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.

How are my shirts sized?

At present, we offer
a variety of shirt types, including Classic Tee, Women's Tee, Sweatshirt,
Hoodie, etc. All our shirts are pre-shrunk and

to manual measurement and production processes.

How can I request a replacement or refund?

We stand behind our quality and offer a 100% quality guarantee on any items purchased from our store. If there is any problem with the item you received, please send a photo of the defective item to us via our Contact – GFB shop within30 days since the delivery day. We’ll make it right!
